Tour Description
Perfect for couples and families, get away from the tourist crowds and into Oltrarno, an old bohemian neighbourhood where you’ll learn the art of making authentic pizza and gelato. Work alongside a professional Florentine chef to make a perfect pizza and two delicious flavors of gelato. Then sit down and enjoy your creations with your cooking companions, toasting a glass of Prosecco or soft drink to wash it all down!

Our chef and his partner were fun, shared much and it was just a great time. The company was responsive as we were traveling and I highly recommend!

Great Pizza and Gelato cooking This cooking class is awesome and fun! Perfect for families. If you are in Florence take the time to learn how to make pizza and some gelato. The class and eating las about three hours. It was a great time for my wife l, daughter and I. The chef is great and very friendly. The facilities are great.

Pizza and Gelato making with Florence Food Studio This was one of the highlights of our Florence visit. We made pizza and gelato with Giorgio at Florence Food Studio. His space is amazing as well. I wish we had more time and could have done the pasta making class as well. He was a great host and teacher. The space is beautiful and a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio. Make room for this on your itinerary especially if you have kids.

My husband and I had a tour of food and wine with an outstanding guide, Martina. There was nothing but an exceptional experience with Martina. We didn’t know what to expect, but even so, Martina exceeded any possible expectations we had! We toured several trattorias and local businesses tasting delicious wine. She guided us expertly around Florence. She knew history, food history, wine and spirits. If you get an opportunity to have a few hours with her, you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend! What a great way to get to know so much of Florence!

We took an evening food tour of Florence with Francesco a couple of weeks ago. The wine tasting was super informative and a great time. All the food was amazing - the gelato, the boar pasta and the steak were standouts- and Francesco was super knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour was certainly one of the highlights of our Italy trip. Highly recommend!

Our group tours begin & depart precisely at the scheduled tour or experience start time. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honored per policy. If you are having a hard time arriving on time we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can do everything in our power to assist you with arriving at the meeting point at the scheduled time or reschedule to the next available tour.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PLANES, TRAINS, AUTOMOBILES OR ILLNESS
Inside of 24 hours, your spot on the tour has been reserved exclusively for you. Since we are unable to fill your spot if you’re unable to attend for any reason (including transportation or illness), we do not offer refunds after that time. Please plan ahead so that you are able to join us and don’t miss out!

AMENDMENT POLICY
We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling your tour, free of charge, with any requests made more than 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of the tour. We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee should you request to reschedule within 24 hours of 8am CET on the date of your tour . Once again, this is subject to availability and price changes. In general, we only charge you for any additional costs that we incur such as tickets. We have no intention of profiting from disruptions to your vacation and will work with providers and suppliers to get this cost reduced to a minimum.
